HOW ARE BCS FEES STRUCTURED?

We work with the client to find a fee schedule that helps move the organization forward.  Fees are always cheaper than hiring an in-house employee and do not involve paying benefits.  We work with you to give you a package you can afford and that moves you forward!

WHAT ARE RETAINED SERVICES?

They are a unique solution to give a small nonprofit a dedicated staff without the huge dedicated budget.  Your nonprofit will have a fundraiser, administrative assistant or special events coordinator who works for you 8 hours a week.  Read more about this innovative approach in the Services tab.

WHO WILL WORK WITH MY AGENCY?

Todd Bennett is our primary consultant.  We also use some of the best nonprofit minds when we are working on multiple assignments.  You will meet and feel comfortable with your consultant before we agree on your case plan.  You will also work with our administative staff who are world-class when it comes to providing customer service to your donors.

DO YOU ONLY DO IN-HOUSE WORK OR WILL YOU DO PHONE CONSULTATION AS WELL?

In most case we are on the ground with you and your agency.  If you would like a custom development plan, board plan or just advice, we have packages that will meet your needs.  Basically we design a unique program just for your organization.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN WE START WORKING TOGETHER?

We start with a listening phase to make sure we build what you need.  Then we go into a planning phase that you approve.  After that we hit the ground to make sure we accomplish the goals of your organization.  We always help you acchieve your mission.
